Friendship, Relationship, Love...

Have you taken the time today to let your friend, lover, spouse, child, etc.  know how much they mean to you?    How grateful you are for them being in your life?  How much their support and caring feeds your soul and fills you with joy?

Take the time now, or as soon as you can, to let them know.  It is this gift that will bring you both the moment of being here and now.....the stillness of pure love and caring for one another...the knowing that this is what life is all about for you.

Have a great day!

You are loved...

Let these words be your anchor for courage and hope.

Remember that you are loved....unconditionally and more than you know.

You are strong, you are brave, you are beautiful.

You are loved. You are loved. You are loved.

With hugs,

Colleen :-)

Spiritual Healing...

Part of healing from any challenge, trauma, illness or relationship, is spiritual healing.   It's our inner soul, our Faith and our belief in knowing that everything will be okay that gets us through the rough times.  With Faith these difficulties can be put into action towards healing by asking God for healing, praying fervently, getting the support of your church, temple or any place that may connect your spirit with a higher power.

So if you are facing anything difficult at this time, remember to have your thoughts be Faith based decisions, rather than fear based.  This in turn will boost your energy in looking at the positive, and allowing hope/rejuvenation to fill every cell in your body. And if you approach situations without doubt in God, the help you need will be revealed to you.

Remember to nurture your challenge with prayers, songs, support (of all who bring you joy & love) and know that God's will for you is to be well, healthy and happy.  Consider these difficult times to be something that will change your life....and make you stronger, wiser and better!

Sending healing prayers your way,

Colleen :-)

Square One...

At this time Chris, (from www.chrisbeatcancer.com) has daily information modules to deal with dis-ease, inflammation and stress in natural ways for cancer patients and others.

Because Chris refers to many of the articles I have researched and read over the years, I wanted to share some specific facts that he has been discussing on his daily talks this week:

1.  Every day in America, 4,600 new people are diagnosed with some level of cancer.  That is just in America and is an absolutely staggering number to comprehend.

2.  Whether people are dealing with an illness or not, it would be a healthy decision to eliminate white sugar, processed foods and artificial sweetener from all diets.

3.  When dealing with cancer or an inflammatory illness, staying away from dairy can be very beneficial.  Dairy products can have up to 60 different hormones in them and these can inflame cells.

4.  Although it may be excessive to some, Chris has suggested that cancer patients juice/make smoothies throughout their days to saturate their cells with nutrients.

5.  Also eating salads that contain some or all of the following: garlic, leeks, spinach, beet root, asparagus, green beans and rutabagas. (there is a long list of many other tasty ingredients to include in your salad, so check out his website if you want more info)

6.  Important spices to use regularly are turmeric, curry powder, black pepper (this has seemed to come up often in recent articles now), oregano and cayenne to name some.

Always great reminders for traveling on your road to good health!

Best,
Colleen :-)

Thriving every day...

Passion:  A strong fondness, enthusiasm or desire for anything

Compassion:  A feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering

Humor:  A quality of being comical or amusing

Style:  A particular and distinctive manner of acting

Take each of these qualities within you to package who you truly are or want to be.  What does each of these mean to you?  How do you portray them now?  Do you want to change any of them?

Don't forget to add gratitude in there.

Thrive to make your day, and everyone else's you come into contact with, the very best!

Wishing you the best always,

Colleen :-)

Spread Love...

Truly, once we realize why we are here.....Love is all there is.

Spread the word and your love. Be the person that leaves people happier after they have spent time with you. Love yourself. Let others in. Open your heart to the day's sparks of love that take your breath away. Embrace those you may not know well yet. Dream. Believe. Love.

Hugs,
Colleen :-)

Loving yourself...

Louise Hay quote

Here and now is the time to be a true YOU......

1. Let the past go....and don't worry about the future.

2. Live your life in gratitude...and share it every day with others (in person, with your pets, through an email, letter, phone call, smile)

3. Believe in yourself.  Know that everything will be okay.

4. Let your Light and energy of healing carry you through the good times and the rough times.

5. Open your heart to allow loving energy to come in.

6. Let your life be wonderful.

Wishing you the best,

Colleen :-)
